10:15 am - 11:30 am: Live Cases - Group Work (Moderator & Wang & Ilmonen)
1) Case Groups: The attendees are divided into 3-4 groups, which are given
real world sales team challenges to solve, based on real current challenges!
2) Solve Case & Presentation: Each group has 30 minutes time to solve the
case and create a 5 minute demonstration of the best practices solution.
3) Real Life Data: Before the event, we will collect unique sales challenges
from the attendees and process them into cases, to be solved in groups.
4) Value: We will all learn from each other by solving each other’s sales
challenges, in a case format.
