4:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Live Cases - Group Work – Who’s the best sales?
1) Case Groups: The attendees are divided into 5 groups, which are given sales tasks based on real world cases, the panelists are “buying clients”.
2) Solve Case & Presentation: Each group select one person as their sales representative and the rest as backup team. The sales person will need to go through a normal sales process, i.e. first approach, presentation, technical discussion, commercial negotiation and bidding, to reach an agreement.
3) Value: We will learn what challenges a sales person will face in the real world and get an understanding what skills are required for successful sales.
