Throughout every stage of the recruitment process, we communicate closely with our
clients to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Step 1 -- Assess
We work with you to analyze and understand the requirements for the candidates.
In addition, we research the marketplace and evaluate the trends within the industry.
Step 2 – Search
Within this period, we will conduct a thorough search using our Candidate Database,
our existing contacts and many more means of finding the best candidates.
Step 3 – Screen
First round interviews will be conducted by our consultants and a selection of the
highest calibre candidates will be shortlisted. Furthermore, we will then provide
a Comprehensive Report giving you the information behind the C.V. and allowing you
to make informed decisions as to which candidate you should select for second interview.
Step 4 – Select
We will conduct further interviews with you until you are confident that you have
found the right candidate. We will also do the reference check the selected candidate.
Step – Finalize
We will help you in the salary discussions with the candidate and preparing the
official offer. When the candidate is on board, we will make follow-up calls and
make sure the new hire goes smoothly.
